Robert Harris painted the famous Canadian painting the Fathers of Confederation. It was lost in a fire that burned Canada’s parliament buildings on February 3, 1916. But numerous black and white representations of the painting survived. The images below are based on a photo of one of those, then put through the magic of AI. I think I was able to restore a pretty good representation of the lost painting in the first image. The other three are me having some fun with the art created by my great great uncle!
